Our work - who we are
Elected by the public, the PCC holds the Force to account, making sure it delivers against the Police and Crime Plan and effectively making the police answerable to the communities it serves. In this section you can find information on our work and the services we commission on your behalf.
Here you can also find all of the statutory information we publish as a public sector organisation, a log of decisions made by the Police and Crime Commissioner, information about the Humberside Police and Crime Panel which scrutinises the work of the PCC, and more.
Legislation, namely the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011 (as amended), and Home Office "Guidelines for PCCs on Publishing Information" requires us to publish certain information.
Transparency is very important to the way we work. The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) is a publicly funded organisation and we have a duty to be transparent in our business operations and outcomes. Please contact us if there are any other documents or pieces of information you feel we should be sharing.
