Riot Compensation Act

If your property was damaged, destroyed or stolen during recent civil unrest you may be able to claim under the Riot Compensation Act 2016.  The Home Office have provided guidance for claimants (available here) for your information. 

APCC guidance 

If you are in this position please ensure that you have reported the damage to the police, and if you wish to make a claim please complete the RIOT COMPENSATION ACT WORD FORM and email it to pcc@humberside.pnn.police.uk. If you have insurance, you should contact them to make a claim.The deadline for insurance claims to be made under the Riot Compensation Act is 19 September.
